摘要
目的:对无锡地区流感流行情况进行病原学检测,为流感疫情的监控提供依据。方法:从就诊流感样病例中采集鼻咽拭子,用狗肾传代细胞(MDCK)作病毒分离、0.75%的人"O"型红细胞作微量血凝试验(HA),血凝阳性者用亚型血清作微量血凝抑制试验(HI)。结果:2005年10月至2006年12月共做标本1062份,分离出流感病毒254株,平均分离率为23.92%,最高月份为63.41%。分离的病毒型别为甲1型139株,时空分布主要在2005年冬及2006年夏;甲3型1株,在2006年8月份检出;乙型Victoria系114株,主要集中在2006年春季。结论:无锡地区流感流行流行趋势基本为两个峰,冬春季是主峰,夏季有一个次高峰。2006年8月,我们又分离到1株甲3型病毒,提示我们在2006年冬至2007年春可能来临的流感疫情中应予以关注。
Objective: To provide the information of the flu epidemic situation, we detected the flu virus in Wuxi area. Methods:The flu virus in swatches of nasopharynx from clinical flu cases were separated by MDCK cell line, and the he-magglutinin (HA) were performed with the 0. 75% blood type of "O". The positivity of HA would be analyzed by the hemaggluti- nin inhibition (HI) with the serum of sub-type. Results: The 1062 swatches were analyzed from October 2005 to December 2006, and the 254 flu virus strains were separated, the separation ration was 23.92%, and the high ratio in the month of the time was 63.41%. Separately, 139 strains of H1N1, which distributed from the Winter of 2005 to the Summer of 2006, 1 strain of H3N2, which were detected in August 2006 and 114 strains of Victoria flu virus sub-type B, which collected in the Spring 2006. Conclusion:The flu epidemic situation is that the prevalence of flu emerges in Winter and Spring, and the Summer is the second prevalence of flu. We have separated a strain H3N2 in August 2006, this suggests that we must pay attention to the flu epidemic situation from the Winter 2006 to Spring 2007.
