摘要
目的:了解社区医疗消毒剂中污染菌抗消毒剂性和耐药性情况。方法:对来自使用中消毒剂的9株芽胞杆菌进行细菌定量杀灭试验,同期对45株污染菌进行药敏试验。结果:在以ATCC9372为参考菌的最低杀菌浓度和杀菌时间下,对9株污染菌进行细菌定量杀灭试验的杀菌效果均未达到消毒学要求;45株试验污染菌对CRO等8种抗生素敏感性显著下降,且出现二重、多重,甚至六重耐药。结论:试验污染菌对消毒剂抗性增强,试验污染菌耐药谱中CRO-M-P耐药谱型比例最大。
Objective:To understand resistance of contaminated bacteria isolated from in-used disinfectant to disinfectants and drug. Methods:The quantitative bactericidal test was used on nine strains of bacilli from in- used disinfectants. Meanwhile, the drug susceptibility test was used on forty-five strains of contaminated bacteria. Results:The sterilization effects of quantitative bactericidal test to above contaminated bacteria are not required to antisepsis within a bactericidal concentration taking ATCC9372 as reference bacteria. The sensitivity of eight types antibiotics including CRO decreased significantly, and appeared double-resistance, multi-resistance, even six-resistance. Conclusion:The resistance of contaminated bacteria to disinfectant is increasing. The proportition of CRO-M-P-spectrum resistance in resistance spectrum is the largest.
