摘要
对天铁2#高炉4、5、6段冷却壁的损坏原因进行了分析,新工艺注备使用经验不足,冷却强度低,冷却壁材质有害元素的影响等是造成冷却壁损坏的主要原因。通过采取增加冷却水压力、加大冷却强度、改进布料方式、控制送风面积等一系列的措施,使冷却壁得到了有效的维护,确保了高炉的稳产、高产。
The paper contributes main reasons for damage of cooling staves at row 4, 5, and 6 at Tiantie Metallurgical Group BF 2 to inadequate experience to new equipment, low cooling intensity and the effect by the detrimental elements from the stave material. By a series measures such as increasing cooling water pressure, enhancing cooling intensity, improving burden distribution modes and controlling blast affected area, the cooling staves are effectively maintained and a steady high production is ensured.
