摘要
依据石灰石煅烧机理及其分解化学反应式,推导、总结出石灰活性度理论计算公式和经验计算公式。通过运用两个公式,计算分析了试验报告、矿山石灰石原料、回转窑生产等技术资料,合理选用了石灰石原料,制定了科学合理的回转窑工艺技术参数,煅烧出高活性度冶金石灰。
The theoretic and experienced calculation formulas for lime activity are deduced and summarized as per lime stone calcination mechanism and by means of resolving chemical equation. Using the two formulas, the author calculates and analyses test reports, raw material of lime stone and other production information from rotary kiln, chooses raw material reasonably and defines scientific and rational technical parameters for the rotary kiln, and gets high grade lime with high activity.
