自励式磁控软启动技术在大功率电机上的开发应用

摘要 分析了高炉鼓风机所采用的电动鼓风机及配套的12500kW电动机的工作原理。针对大功率电机全压启动对电网及设备危害性问题,研制开发了自励式磁控软启动技术。该技术应用后,启动电流、电压变化平稳,启动噪音小,启动时对同电网其它设备没有影响,保证了机械和电器设备长期安全稳定运行,经济效益、社会效益显著。 The paper analyses the working principle of electric blower for blast furnace and 12,500 kW motor. Self excitation magnetic-controlled soft start technology is developed to counter the harmful effect of high power motor started with full voltage on network and equipment. After the technology is applied, satisfactory results are achieved, such as stable start current and voltage variation, low start noise and no influence to relevant equipment at the network during start. Continuous, safe and steady operation of mechanical and electric equipment is ensured with conspicuous economic and social benefits.
