Technical Modification of Vertical Pipe and Nozzle in Coke Oven Cellar

针对天铁两座焦炉地下室加热设备的横排管、下喷管等管件,因年久已腐蚀并堵塞严重,影响了焦炉的安全生产等问题进行了技术改造。将立火道流量控制的喷嘴改为孔板,改变立管结构和固定方式,降低了焦炉回炉煤气用量,管件便于更换,降低了劳动强度提高了调火工作效率。达到了消除安全隐患,保护炉体,延长焦炉寿命的目的。

The technical modification was conducted to solve the severe corrosion and clogging problem in horizontal pipes and lower spray pipes of heating equipment in cellar of two coke ovens of Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co., which affects the safe production of coke oven. The nozzle controlled by vertical fire tube flow rate is changed into orifice plate, and the structure and fixation method of vertical piping are also modified, resulting in reduced flow rate of return gas from coke oven, easy to change pipe fixations, low labor intensity and high poking efficiency. Hence, the goals are obtained, such as eliminated hidden safety trouble, good protection over oven and prolonged life of coke oven.
