大斗毛坯铸造工艺的改进

摘要 分析了大斗毛坯产生裂纹的原因,并指出芯砂强度高、底注单层浇道、砂芯为实心结构等是影响大斗毛坯铸造质量的主要因素。针对三个主要因素,研究制定了相应的解决方案,通过降低芯砂强度,配制合格的芯砂及开设双层浇道这三个措施,解决了大斗毛坯的裂纹问题,使大斗毛坯的铸造合格率由68.2%提高到94.44%,减少了废品损失。 The paper analyses the forming causes of blank crack and points out that higher core sand strength, bottom-casting single-layer runner and solid structure of sand core are main factors of affecting the blank casting quality. The author formulates relevant solution upon these three factors, through taking measures of reducing the strength of core sand, preparing qualified core sand and installing two-layer runner, the problem of blank crack was solve. The qualification ratio is raised from 68.2% to 94.44% with less scrap loss.
