摘要
针对4#高炉热风炉阀门轴头密封存在的泄漏问题进行了深入的分析,提出了解决方案。改进密封结构,增加传动轴外置密封体,选用美国1500EN石墨盘根为轴头密封填充材料。通过改进,消除了设备存在的故障,为高炉正常冶炼创造了条件。
The paper deeply analyses the leakage problem of valve shaft end sealing for hot air stove of BF 4 and provides the solution. The seal structure is improved and external seal for drive shaft is added. American 1500EN graphite packing is chosen as sealing material for shaft end. After the improvement, the equipment fault is eliminated and conditions for BF normal smelting are created.
