西部基础教育存在的问题分析与对策思考

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Elementary Education in the Western Areas

基于对我国东、西部地区基础教育发展现状的对比研究,不难看出西部基础教育存在的四个主要问题:经费投入严重不足;办学硬件条件差;师资队伍建设滞后;入学率偏低,辍学率高。其应对策略为:加大西部基础教育投入力度,加强对教育经费的审计监督;改善西部基础教育办学硬件,加快西部基础教育信息化建设;提高西部基础教育师资待遇,加强在岗教师培训;提高西部基础教育课程内容的适切性,转变教育价值观念。

Through contrasting and analyzing the present situation of the elementary education between the eastern areas and the western areas in our country, the paper gives a summary that in the western areas there are four main problems existing： a serious shortage of expenditure, the poor conditions of school - running hardware, the outmoded construction of teachers and the low enrollment rates and high dropout rates. On this foundation, the paper proposes the following four countermeasures ： increasing expenditure on education and supervising strictly the use of the education funds; improving hardware conditions and promoting the information construction of the elementary education; increasing teachers＇salary and providing more training chances for teachers at post; and improving the applicability of the curriculums and teachers＇ value of education.
