摘要 电力市场技术支持系统建设需要依据信息化现状展开。提出一种基于数据平台、异构系统环境下的电力市场数据整合交换方法,实现了各系统间的紧耦合、松耦合的互联关系,并完成电力市场环境下的应用支撑和数据整合交换功能。介绍了系统整体框架和数据流,对统一命名、IEC61970应用、中间件技术、面向主题数据存储、市场数据规范、市场数据流程管理和市场数据交换等关键技术进行了分析。其主要技术已在日前电力市场实践中得到应用。 Technical support system for power market must be constructed based on the electric informatization status. A new method for the integration and exchange of the power market data based on the data platform and in the heterogeneity system environment is proposed. The data platform is introduced in detail for building tight coupling and loose coupling between different systems, which can achieve the application support and data integration under power market condition. The system overall framework and the data flow are introduced. Such implementing techniques are presented as the uniform device naming, the application of IEC 61970 standard, middleware technology, data warehouse application, XML data specification, data exchange, data flow management etc. This method has been well applied in the implementation and running of the power market operation system.
