基于模糊正交试验的OBDⅡ故障字典优化

摘要 针对汽车受到路面、燃油和气候等不确定因素的影响,OBDⅡ故障字典诊断准确率降低的问题,提出了一种采用模糊正交试验优化OBDⅡ故障字典的方法。该方法根据OBDⅡ故障字典得到的诊断率与这些不确定因素进行模糊正交试验,利用水平组合隶属度对OBDⅡ字典的临界概率值进行权值优化。试验表明,该方法大大提高了故障诊断的准确率。 For the going down of fault diagnosis accuracy because of uncertain factors like pavement, fuel and climate etc, an optimization method of OBDⅡ fault dictionary was introduced based on fuzzy orthogonal test. The fuzzy orthogonal test was done according to both the diagnosis accuracy and the uncertain factors. The critical probability values of OBDⅡ fault dictionary were optimized by weight values deduced from level combination memberships. The experimental results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved observably.
