摘要 相位调制SPR传感器较其他三种调制模式有更高的灵敏度,被广泛地应用于生化检测等领域。目前用于SPR相位检测的方法主要有外差干涉法、空间干涉法、剪切干涉测量法、Mach-zehnder干涉仪法和椭圆偏振法。文中介绍了各种方法的测量原理、装置、特点及其应用。 Among all the four modulating modes currently available for SPR sensors, phase modulation can get highest sensitivity and has been widely used in the biochemical detection. At present, several methods including heterodyne interferometry, spatial interferometry, shear interferometry, Mach-Zehnder interferometry and ellipsometry have been developed for SPR phase detection. This paper introduces the principles, setups, properties and applications of those methods.
