Preparing and regeneration of protoplast of new antibiotic B 3543 producing strain

新抗生素Ｂ３５４３生产菌的菌丝在１号和２号培养基上生长最佳，用溶壁酶酶解经洗涤和过滤纯化，可制得纯度在９４％以上的原生质体，其再生率在７７％以上。在３１４株再生株中获得１株高产菌株Ｒ２０３。

The mycelium of new antibiotic B 3543 producer grew well on medium No. 1 and No. 2. The protoplast purity over 94% was prepared after being treated with lysowallzyme and washed and purified by filtering. Their regenerative ratio was above 77%. One high potency strain R 203 was screened from 314 regenerative strains, its productivity was as high as 6500 U/mL after being transferred for several generations on slant.
