摘要
根据UIC和欧洲EN的有关标准确定车轮的机械载荷及载荷工况,考虑到轮轴过盈配合,计算了25 t轴重重载货车磨耗到限车轮的应力,并对该车轮进行了静强度和疲劳强度评定。计算结果表明,在机械载荷作用下,25 t轴重重载货车磨耗到限车轮的静强度和疲劳强度均满足设计要求。
The mechanical loading and loading conditions of wheels are determined according to UIC code and European EN standards.With the consideration of wheel-axle interference,the stresses of wheels worn to limit for heavy haul freight cars with the axle-load of 25t are calculated,and the static strength and fatigue strength evaluations are carried out on the wheels.The analysis result shows that the static strength and fatigue strength of wheels worn to limit for heavy haul freight cars with the axle-load of 25t can both meet the design requirements.
