自我效能感理论、认知-情感人格系统理论、自我不一致理论和调节焦点理论以及双维情绪模型是具有代表性的有关人类自我调节机制的解释性理论。其中有关情绪的作用和价值的部分是我们研究的重点。用全新的视角,遵循"中庸理性"思路来思考情绪在个体自我调节行为中所扮演的角色。我们不能再忽视中庸思想对于现代心理学研究的启示,尤其是对于个体自我调节行为的研究上。

The present paper reviews four important theories about self- regulation： self- efficacy theory, CAPS, self- discrepancy theory, regulatory focus theory and bipolar affect model. After discussion on the role played by emotion＇ in self- regulation, the author proposes a new point of view about it.
