摘要
本文以系统的文献研究为基本的方法,从管理学的视角全景式描述我国建国后四代人的特点,勾画出四代人的历史嬗变路线,这种路径选择是我国50多年来的政治、经济、社会、文化、科学技术多种因素的综合作用的结果。清晰地理解我国建国后四代人的特点,有助于构建我国现实与未来的以人为本的管理基本范式。
Based on a systematic study of related literature, this essay, from the perspective of management science, describes the characteristics of the four generations born after the founding of PRC and traces its evolutionary process historically. This evolutionary process is the combined result of the interactions between politics, economy, society, culture, science and tec, hnology in our country during the past 50 years. A clear understanding of the characteristics of these four generations can help us to build the humanistic management paradigm at present and in the future.
