摘要
项目人力资源管理是项目管理和人力资源管理之间新兴的交叉领域,本文依据项目管理的流程和人力资源管理的要点,提出项目人力资源管理的五大特性。在此基础之上,深入剖析了中国目前项目人力资源管理存在的三类误区,并提出相应对策。
The project human resource management is a newly emerged cross-field of PM and HRM. This paper, according to the process of PM and the key points of HRM, puts forward five traits of PHRM. On this base, it further analyzes the three misconceptions of RHRM in China at present and offers corresponding methods to deal with them.
