山苍子光合速率、蒸腾速率的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在晴天适宜条件下,使用LI-6400 p便携式光合测定系统测定不同年龄阶段的山苍子(Litsea cubeba)连体叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率。结果表明:山苍子的光合作用日变化均呈双峰型,存在光合午休现象,并且3 a生山苍子的光合速率高于2 a生的,1 a生的最低。且蒸腾速率与光合速率间存在相同的变化趋势。 Under the proper condition of sunny days, LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System is used to study the characteristics and the diurnal changes of different ages of Litsea cubeba in the natural conditions such as photosynthetic rate (Ph), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Cond), CO2concentration between the cells. The results show that: The diurnal changes curves of photosynthetic rate of different ages of IAtsea cubeba all taken on a dottble peak curve, and all has "noon break" . Photosynthetic rate in three-year-old Litsea cubeba is higher than n that of two-year-old Litsea cubeba and one-year-old Litsea cubeba is the slowest. The transpiration rate is positively correlated with the photosynthetic rate.
