本文通过对第二次全国土地调查底图生产项目特点的分析和研究,根据工序质量管理的理论,为该项目设计了切实可行的质量控制方案。并对该方案的优缺点进行了分析,为该项目的质量控制工作提出了新思路和新方法。

Based on the analysis and research of the characteristics of the second national land survey maps project and under the theory of working procedure quality control theory, this paper designed practical quality control programs for this project, and then this paper maked analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the program.This paper provided new ideas and new methods to this project＇s quality control work.
