摘要
亲属活体肾移植是解决目前供肾不足与需接受移植病例不断增加的矛盾的方法之一,与尸体肾移植相比,亲属活体肾移植是有一定的学术方面优势,但也存在较多的伦理学问题。我院以伦理学基础理论为基础,坚持七大原则,探索解决亲属活体肾移植伦理学方面的问题。
It is an obvious contradiction between the shortage of kidney donors and the increasing demand for kidney transplantation. Living - related donor kidney transplantation may be a proper resolution, which has been academically proved to be superior to cadaveric kidney transplantation. However, there are still many ethical problems unsolved. Based on ethical theory and the “Seven Principles” , we explore possible solutions to the ethical oroblems of living - related donor kidney transolantation.
