摘要
从设备、工艺流程、操作和回收单体的质量等方面分析比较了EMS公司、NOY公司和K.F.公司PA6单体回收用间歇式蒸馏系统的优缺点,介绍了各自的改进措施。指出EMS公司的蒸馏系统自动化程度高,节能且回收单体质量好,K.F.公司的设计紧凑,NOY公司的简单实用。
The advantages and disadvantages of batch distillation systems for PA6 monomer recovery were compared among EMS Co. , NOY Co. and K.F. Co. from the aspects of equipments, technological processes, operations and recovered monomer quality. And their modification measures were introduced. It was pointed out that the distillation system of EMS Co. had the features of high automation, energy saving and high recovered monomer quality; the distillation system of K. F. Co. had compact design; and the distillation system of NOY Co. was simple and practical.
