Decrease of coal consumption by application of total consumption control method

介绍了葫芦岛有色金属集团有限公司热电厂2006年应用全面消耗管理法降低煤耗的全过程,即制定目标,建立系统目标保证体系,制定考核指标,加大全面消耗管理的基础工作,开展循环经济,提高设备工艺运行效率,强化技术培训,最终实现与2005年相比煤耗下降了4.86%的目标。

This paper presents the whole process of coal consumption decrease by application of Total Consumption Control Method （TCCM） at steam ＆ power plant of Holudao Non-ferrous Metal Group Corporation Limited in 2006, i.e. establishment of goals, constitution of guarantee system to obtain the goals, formulation of examination target, enhancement of basic management on TCC （Total Consumption Control）, development of circulating economy, elevation of process equipment operation efficiency, consolidation of technical training, finally resulting in coal consumption decrease by 4.86 % compared with that in 2005, and the annual total saved cost is 1. 752 million RMB.
