气温、ABT等因素对大麦花药离体培养的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在固体培养体系中就麦穗离体时气温、甘露醇预处理及激素ABT各因子对大麦花药愈伤组织诱导及其分化的影响进行了研究。结果表明:预处理前供体所处气温高低对愈伤组织产量有一定的影响;甘露醇预处理效果优于低温处理;ZT和ABT连用对愈伤组织分化具有良好的促进作用,ABT最适浓度为0.3mg/L。 The experiments were carried out for determining the effects of airtemperature on the day of collecting barley spikes,mannitol pretreatment or ABT treatmenton induction of callus or regeneration of green plant in solid-medium culture system. Theresults showed: air temperature on the day of collecting spikes had some effect on callusyield, the effect of mannitol pretreatment was better than that of low-temperaturepretreatment, addition of ZT and ABT to regeneration medium had a good effect for thedifferentiation of callus,the optimum concentration of ABT was 0.3 mg/L.
