摘要
用γ-射线的5个不同比授能(剂量)辐照大蒜叶片,对其愈伤组织的生长影响显著。辐照愈伤组织,对其幼苗的分化影响显著。1Gy、3Gy可作为诱发大蒜突变的辐照剂量试用。辐照叶片对其幼苗的分化影响不显著。
The growth of garlic leaf callus was remarkably affected by garlicleaf irradiation with γ-ray at 5 different levels of specific energy imparted (doses).The seedling differentiation was remarkably affected by leaf callus irradiation withγ-ray. The doses of 1 Gy and 3 Gy may be used on trial to induce garlic mutant.When the tissue culture was conducted 50 days after garlic leaf irradiation, theseedling differentiation was not affected remarkably.
