摘要
在分析B4C和Al力学特性的基础上,提出三维微观结构复合概念。根据结构决定性能的原则设计材料结构,确定工艺,通过烧结试验优化工艺参数,获得兼有B4C和Al合金特性的B4C基3DMC材料。
Based on the analysis of the mechanic characteristics of boron carbide and aluminum, tripledimension microstructure composite concept is put forward. According to the rule that the materials properties depend upon its structure and the armor protection mechanism, the structure of B4C based 3DMC material is designed and manufactured, then a new material that possesses both the characteristics of boron carbide and aluminum is obtained.
