摘要
本文介绍一个独立开发的热处理数值模拟软件包(NSHT),包括其主要结构、功能和有关淬火过程计算的基本原理。用该软件对三个圆筒形试件的实际淬火过程进行计算,考察了该软件在不同材质、几何尺寸和淬火规范下的有效性。
In this paper,a software developed completely by ourselves and named NSHT(Numeri-cal Simulation of Heat Treatment )is introduced,with emphases on its main structure.functions and fundamental principles relevant to quenching process. Calculations of three specimens different in material properties,geometrical size and quenching schedule are performed .and the validity of the software is then investigated.
