摘要
将纳米SiO2(n—SiO2)添加到自行研发的室温快速固化胶粘剂中,该胶粘剂与具有良好综合性能的芳纶纤维进行复合,制备成可在战场条件下使用的复合抢修贴片。分析了纳米SiO2对胶粘剂及贴片各项性能的影响规律,并初步分析了作用机理。试验结果表明,与未添加纳米材料相比,添加质量分数为2%的n-SiO2后,胶粘剂的剪切强度提高了近15%,玻璃化温度提高了约4倍。
In this paper, nano-SiO2 is added to the room temperature fast curing adhesive prepared by the author. Composite patch that can meet battlefield condition requirement is prepared by using the adhesive and Kevlar fiber with high quality. The effects of nano-SiO2 on adhesive and patch are analyzed and their mechanisms are illustrated. After 2% of nano-SiO2 is added to the adhesive, shear strength improves by 15% and vitrification temperature improves by nearly 4 times.
