摘要
简要介绍了预知性维修的新理念,它是一种动态的非模式化的管理体系,是一个不断完善和提高以求发展的管理体系。结合旋转机械设备的振动状态监测管理,可以把设备通过振动仪与人进行信息沟通,明确设备的故障性质、故障部位等,提高电厂运行的安全可靠性。
A new concept of predictive maintenance was introduced briefly in this paper. It was a dynamic modelness management system that constantly perfects in order to achieve development. According to vibration monitoring system of rotating machinery, information could be transfer from equipments to operators through vibrator to define fault characteristic and location which would be helpful for improvement of safety and reliability of power plant.
