摘要
针对200 MW、300 MW机组停机后汽轮机快速冷却装置的使用情况,分析利弊,总结经验,提出合理使用快冷的方法以及需要改进的几点建议。可以在机组停机后,合理操作、控制汽轮机快速冷却系统,确保设备安全,缩短停机时间,提高机组可用率。
Regarding the use of fast-cooling units after shutting down of 200 MW and 300 MW steam turbines, the article tries to analyze pros and cons, summarize the experience of their use, propose the proper methods for fast-cooling, and give some suggestions on any improvements needed. The thesis aims at the machines' proper operation, controlling of the cooling system,safety of equipment, shortening the time for shutting down the engine and improving the units' efficiency.
