摘要
详细记录了天津国华盘山发电有限责任公司1号机组中压转子直轴过程中的各种状态参数。针对500MW超临界机组中压转子的直轴作出了客观的评价。对运行10年以上俄罗斯生产的同类机组的中压转子发生弯曲的问题提出了分析意见,并且详细地记录和说明了内应力松弛法直轴的各方面条件、因素和数据。
State parameters of MP rotator of No. 1 unit in Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. during its straightening process were recorded in this paper. Objective assessment was put forward for straightening process aiming at MP rotator of 500 MW unit. Analysis was also made for bent of the same kind of rotators made in Russia which had been operating for 10 years.
