摘要
天津国华盘山发电有限责任公司1、2号机组凝结水泵组振动超标,轴承磨损速度快,造成泵组运行不稳定。通过对振动原因分析及处理,消除了设备隐患,提高了泵组运行安全性。
Vibration of condensate pumps of No. 1 and No. 2 units in Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. was over-standard, so wearing speed of bearing was fast which caused instability of pumps. Cause analysis and treatment were given in this paper for vibration to eliminate concealed dangers of equipments and improve operation safety of pumps.
