摘要
通过对天津国华盘山发电有限责任公司1号机组在DEH改造前手动进行调节阀切换和DEH改造后机组有良好的阀门管理程序进行阀切换时,负荷波动现象的对比,可以看出调节阀切换的控制方式改变对机组负荷的影响是一样的,由此可知在阀门设计特性曲线与阀门实际流量特性曲线没有改变的情况下,阀切换对机组负荷的影响是一致。
According to comparison of load fluctuation before and after DEH transformation of No. 1 unit in Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd., although control mode of valve switching changed from single valve switching to sequence valve switching, influence on load was the same. Results showed that, as long as no changes were occurred in valve design characteristic curve and practical flow characteristic curve, valve switching mode had the same impact on load.
