摘要
采用EDTA法对化学镀镍液中镍离子浓度进行测定，用理论计算法得出金刚石表面化学镀Ni的增重量，认为NiSO4→JRNi的工艺控制是影响计算精度的重要因素，给出了对增重量施行定量控制的可行方法。
In this paper, nickel ion concentration in chemical nickl-plating liquid has been tested by EDTA method. The increased weight of Ni-plated diamond surface may be obtained through theoretical calculation. It is thought that the important factor influencing calculating accuracy is technology control of NiSO4→JRNi. An effective method of quantitative control for increased weight has been suggested.
