摘要
采用常规热压(32MPa)制备出了金刚石增强PSZ陶瓷。对该陶瓷的断裂韧性、抗弯强度、密度、热膨胀和热导率做了初步的研究。实验表明,添加金刚石微粉,有利于提高PSZ陶瓷的断裂韧性.降低其热膨胀系数和提高其导热率。
PSZ-diamond composites have been developed by normal hot-pressing procedures under conventional pressure of 32MPa and 1250℃. The fracture toughness, tensilestrength, density, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of these compositeshave been characterized. The result shows that the fracture toughness (K(1e)) increase with the addition of diamond microgrits, and diamond addition tends to decrease the thermal expansion coefficient and increase the thermal conductivity of these composites. The composite properties are dependent on the volume fraction of diamond microgrits.
