摘要
本文分析了酚醛树脂磨具成型科容易结块的原因,对成型料的松散机理进行了探讨。通过选用一种特殊的添加剂,使成型料的松散性能得到显著改善。使用效果证明:本方法实用而有效,能迅速减少酚难树脂磨具中因组织不均和硬度不均而造成的废品。同时也能满足自动化成型的需要。
This paper analyses the reasons why agglomerating easily occur in the mixturefor forming phenolic resinbonded abrasive tools. Loosing mechanism of the mixture is studied. Itis found that the loosing properties will be significantly improved by adding a special additive inthe mixture. This has proved to be effective and encouraging as the introductin of additive canrapidly reduce the rejects caused by unevenness in the structure and hardness of resin-bonded abrasive tools. In addition, this new method can also satisfy the needs of automatic forming process.
