摘要 英语阅读能力的高低决定了大学生英语知识的掌握程度和语言能力发展的水平,而阅读策略是阅读能力中的关键性要素。研究结果表明,大学生的阅读理解能力在经过阅读策略培训后有了显著提高。大学生有自己偏好的阅读策略或常用的阅读策略,主要集中在元认知策略中的计划、选择、管理、监控和评估方面,以及推理类策略;在概括题、解释题和推理题上的得分经过培训有了明显提高。学生在细节类题上的得分在前后测试中没有明显变化,使用的策略培训程序虽然帮助学生提高了整体的语篇理解能力,但却没有影响学生的判断和查找细节信息的能力;阅读策略训练增强了大学生的阅读理解能力,并且研究还深入地揭示了学生在把握中心大意、对疑难词句做出解释和结合所给文本进行逻辑推理的能力有了明显提高。阅读策略训练模式对于提高大学生的学习自主性、独立性帮助很大。学习者意识到阅读策略在阅读理解中的作用并能灵活地对阅读策略进行选择、使用、监控、评价,能够使他们成为更加成功和高效的语言学习者。阅读策略具有可教性,但要策略培训易于被学习者所接受,教学者还做出进一步的尝试和试验。 English reading comprehension determines to what extent college students command the language and the level their language competence have reached. Since reading strategies play a vital part in English reading capability development, the impact of reading strategy training on non-English-majors' students' reading comprehension capability development can be explored by means of trial method. The strategies most commonly employed and the variety of reading questions significantly affected by the training are studed as well.
