简述了PVF粘结剂的制备过程，并研究了粘结剂加入量对型砂试样抗拉强度和发气量的影响，以及吸湿度对抗拉强度的影响．最后讨论了PVF粘结剂代替桐油在传送工业中应用的可能性．

The preparing process of PVP type binder was briefly deacribed. The effects of the amount of binderused in foundry sand on the tensile strength,the amount of gas evolved of foundry sand samples and the relative humidity have been studied, Finally,the possibility of PVP type binder replacing tung oil used in casting industry is dicussed.
