A New Technique of Medium-frequency Hardening for Axle'parts

本工艺以改进环状感应器为基础，在温度控制系统的配合下，研究以热传导方式进行一些油类零件的连续加热中频淬火技术，并在装载机半轴等轴类零件上成功使用．

Under the fundament of improving circular inductor and,with the use of temperature control system,the technique of continuous heating mediumfrequency hardening heated through the method of heat transfer has beenstudied. The results shown that new technique can be successfully used in the wheeled loading semi-axle'parts.
