摘要
青海省电力公司培训中心在对青海电网调度运行人员和各级变电站运行人员的岗位培训需求进行深入调查后,结合当前电网运行设备及发展状况,设计了青海电网及变电站综合仿真培训项目开发建设方案,并开发了青海电网及变电站综合仿真培训系统。利用该仿真系统开展了110 kV变电站主值人员和新建330kV变电站运行人员的培训工作,取得了良好的培训效果。文章介绍了这套仿真系统的设计与功能,以及在电网运行人员培训的应用效果。
After thoroughly investigating job training requirement of Qinghai power system and substation dispatching and operation staff, and combining with equipment and developing situation of Qinghai power system, the developing scheme of comprehensive simulation training system of Qinghai power system and substation has been designed. After building the system, the training of ll0kV substation staff and newly- founded 330kV substation operating staff has been prosecuted, and obtained favorable effect. The paper introduces the simulation system and its application on training of power system operating staff.
