摘要
龙羊峡水电厂1号机大修时,检查过流部件发现尾水管里衬与补气短管在高水头下运行造成严重破坏。尾水管里衬钢板撕落,4个补气短管的支撑锥管均受到不同程度的汽蚀破坏,文章分析了产生汽蚀的原因,并从承压强度及抗汽蚀性能方面进行分析,提出了处理方案,通过实施取得了好的效果。
While 1 ^# unit in major repair of Longyangxia hydropower plant, the draft tube' s liner and air supply short tube is destroyed seriously under high water pressure. The liner steel plate of draft tube is dropped, and the supporting conical tubes of four short tubes are damaged under different degree because of cavitation. The paper analyses the reason of cavitation, then obtains the treatment scheme from analysis of bearing strength and anti - cavitation aspects, and it gains favorable effects after putting into operation.
