摘要
目的建立八珍益母片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱的条件为:Agilent—ODS-3(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),柱温为35℃,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1。结果阿魏酸在0.0404-0.404μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.59%,RSD=1.06%。结论本方法快速准确,重现性好,专属性强,为八珍益母片的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Ferulic acid in Bazhenyimu tablets.Methods Ferulic acid was determined in Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong of Bazhenyimu tablets by RP-HPLC. Results Ferulic acid showed that have a good linear relationship within a range of 0. 040 4 - 0. 404μg ,r =0. 999 9. The average recovery was 98.59% and RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion This method is specific and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Bazhenyimu tablets.
