摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定丹七片中丹酚酸B的含量。方法色谱柱为AgilentHypemil C18柱,(4.0mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙睛-1、5%甲酸溶液(30:10:60);流速:1mL·min^-1;检测波长286nm;柱温:室温。结果线性范围为11.36~568μg·mL^-1(r=0、99997),平均回收率为101.0%,RSD=1.89%,重复性RSD=0.52%(n=6),精密度RSD=1.20%(n=6),稳定性RSD=1.96%。结论方法稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination content of salvia molic acid B in Danqi tablets. Methods Chromatographic conditions was as follows: a Agilent Hypersil C18(4.0 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column, methanol-acetonitrile-1.5% formic acid (30: 10: 60) as the mobile phase, and UV detector wavelength at 286 nm. Results Alinear ranger of 11.36 - 568 g·mL^-l(r=0.999 9) and mean recovery of 101.0% (RSD = 1.89% ), precision with RSD of 0.52% (n = 6), repetition with RSD of 1.20% (n = 6)and stability with RSD of 1.96% were obtained. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, and can be used for quality control of the production.
