高校人力资源管理模式与方法探究

On Model and Methods of Human Resources Management at Colleges and Universities

随着经济社会的发展和管理实践不断向纵深延伸,传统高校人事管理暴露出越来越多的弊端。建立科学的人力资源管理系统是改善高校人事管理的重要课题。本文在分析高校人力资源管理中管理理念滞后、管理模式陈旧、管理队伍素质不高的基础上阐述了建立科学的高校人力资源管理模式与方法,即:转变职能,建立人力资源开发管理系统;注重高层次人才资源开发;促进高校人力资源的增值;提高高校人力资源管理自身素质。

With the development of economy and society and deepening of the management practice, traditional personal management at colleges and universities has exposed more and more disadvantages. To establish a scientific human resouxces management system has become an important approach to improve personnel management. This paper elaborates the importance and the basic ideas to establish a scientific model and methods of human resoureces management at colleges and universities.
