摘要
采用设计辅助补缩通道的方法,取消了半齿轮老工艺中轮内缘需放置的五只冒口,避免了轮内缘产生的裂纹缺陷,确保获得了致密的铸件。为齿轮、链轮等铸件的生产提供了一种经济、可靠的工艺方法。
In this paper, the five risers are cancelled by the technique of auxiliary feeding path, that must be put on the inside rim of hrmigear in original casting processing. On this account the cracks of inside rim are eliminated. The sound castings are obtainned. It provides a economic and reliable technique for the castings of gears, chain wheels and so on.
