84例纵裂磨牙保存治疗浅析

The Analyses to the Conservative Therapy in Vertically Fractured Posterior Teeth

目的对新型粘结材料super-bondC&B与全冠修复联合运用在纵裂磨牙保存治疗中的疗效进行分析、总结。方法随机抽样采用传统全冠修复和联合运用修复分组对照,对患者追踪观察收集1￣3年内的临床资料,进行整理分析、总结。结果联合运用修复组并发症减少。且效果良好。结论联合运用比传统全冠修复效果更显著。成功率高达95.45%,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To analyze and summarize the efficiency of the united utility with the new type of adhesive material super-bond C＆B and full crown restoration in treatment of the vertically fractured teeth. Method the patients are randomly divided into two groups. The traditional full crown restoration is given to one group while the united utility restoration is given to the comparative group. The patients are observed closely and the conditions of these cases are collected, analyzed and summarized during the following 1-3 years. Result the relevant risk factors on the treatment outcome lessen and the long efficiency is better in the groups with united utility restoration. Conclusions united utility has better efficiency and the successful rate comes to 95.45%. There has practical value to apply this method in clinic treatment.
