摘要
目的:探讨CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法:经手术和病理结果证实的39例胃癌的CT资料进行回顾性分析,并与纤维胃镜及上消化道钡餐检查对比。结果:胃癌CT的诊断正确率高于消化道钡餐,与纤维胃镜接近。CT在显示胃癌病灶及周围器官侵润的和远处转移等优于纤维胃镜和上消化道钡餐检查。结论:CT对胃癌的诊断有独特的优势,有利于临床治疗方案的制定。
Objective To investigate the diognostic value of CT in gastric cancer. Methods The CT findings of 39 cases of gastric cancer proved by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively, and comparing with fibrogastroscopy and GI. Results The CT diagngostic accuracy is higher than GI and near the fibrogastroscopy. CT is better than GI and Fibrogastroscopy in detecting the lesion, neighbor organ invasion and metastasis. CoNclusion The CT predominated to diagnose gastric cancer, and making for establishing clinical project of treatment.
