成都地铁盾构刀具磨损分析研究

Analysis and Study on Wearing of Cutting Tools of Shield Machines Used in Chengdu Metro Construction

成都地铁隧道盾构法掘进中,刀具严重磨损成了制约工程顺利进行的一大难题。在对刀具切削原理的分析和盾构掘进中的刀具磨损情况进行了现场调查的基础上,对滚刀和刮刀的磨损特点及原因进行了分析和研究,指出了磨损的主要原因,最后提出了合理的建议和意见。

Cutting tool wearing has become a difficult problem which restricts the tunnel advance in Chengdu Metro tunnel construction. In the paper, the working principles of the cutting tools are analyzed, the wearing of the cutting tools during the shield boring is investigated, analysis and study are made on the features of and causes for the wearing of the disc cutters and scrapers, the reasons for the wearing are summarized and some recommendations are made.
