摘要
通过热传导及热辐射原理建立了双层卷焊管用套管式辐射钎焊炉的传热过程数学模型,从而为套管式辐射钎焊炉的设计及工艺参数的优化提供了理论基础。通过实验及理论计算发现增大套管的直径和减小套管的壁厚是提高该种钎焊炉生产效率的最有效措施之一。
The mathematical formula of the radiative brazing furnace with casing pipe are established on the basis of the heat conduction and heat radiative theory. The theoretical foundation is given for the design and optimum of technology data on the furnace. The effective method increasing productivity of the furnace is that diameter of casing pipe is large or wall of casing pipe is thin according to theoretical results.
