摘要
对武钢生产的直焊缝油井套管用钢Ｊ５５的系列温度冲击试验、ＤＷＴＴ、ＣＯＤ、Ｊ积分等低温韧性进行了研究，试验结果表明，该钢具有良好的低温韧性，其韧脆性转变温度ＦＡＴＴ、ＥＴＥ和ＶＴＥ＜－７０℃，在室温～－６０℃的延性断裂阻力没有明显的变化，具有良好的阻止裂纹扩张的能力。
The present paper is concered cheifhy with the low temperature toughness of J55 steel for straight weld oil well pipes. The work focus on the four aspects of serises of temperature impact test, DWTT test, Jic test, COD test. It is concluded that J55 is of high quality in low temperature toughness, with its toughness-brittle trasformation temperature FATT, FTE, VTE <-70℃. The ductility brittle resistance doesn't almost vary under room temperature to -60℃. It is of the better ability to resist crack expanding.
