疑难病例析评 第142例 发热－肝脾肿大－血象异常
摘要
患者女，18岁，因高热2月于2006年3月2日入院。患者于2006年1月初劳累后出现发热，体温最高超过40℃，伴乏力、盗汗。当地医院予多种抗生素治疗无效。2006年2月血常规检查示白细胞1．0×10^9／L，淋巴细胞0．6，血红蛋白92g/L，血小板466×10^9／L。胸部X线检查未见异常。CT检查示右上纵隔多发肿大淋巴结，肝脾肿大，脾脏片状低密度影。
